About the Doctors
Dr. Michelle Clark, a Colorado Board Certified Chiropractor, is a graduate of Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, OR. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biological Science from the University of Colorado at Denver. She is currently adjunct faculty for the University of Western States.
In the spring of 2002, she was published in the Journal of Chiropractic Education for the research she did while attending the Colorado Chiropractic College. She was an active part of the National Chiropractic Legislative Conference in 2003 and 2004, as she lobbied for chiropractic rights on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. She consulted for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners until 2009. She has been a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Colorado Chiropractic Association since 2001.
Dr. Clark is an active part of Denver’s yoga, running, and pilates communities and frequently lectures around the city on topics related to anatomy, injury prevention, and wellness care. She specializes in neuromusculoskeletal injuries as well as the biomechanics, structure, and function of the human spine. She is Biomechanics certified for ART Ironman Performance Care and was part of the treatment team at the 2007 Lake Placid Ironman. She is dedicated to holistic health and the ultimate well being of her patients.

Dr. Justin Houck B.Sc, D.C., a graduate of Logan Chiropractic College, practices in downtown Denver. He received a Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2007 and a Masters in Sports Science and Rehabilitation in 2011.
Dr. Houck specializes in sports injuries and rehabilitation. He is full-body certified in Active Release Technique®. Dr. Houck was on the chiropractic treatment team at Missouri-Columbia and Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri in 2010.
Working side by side with Neurosurgeons and Medical Doctors, Dr. Houck has discovered a passion for diagnosis and treatment of the spine and sports related injuries. His passion lies with treating injuries associated with basketball, football, baseball, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer, and golf.
Dr. Houck treats everything from the desk workers neck pain, to the football players Achilles tendonitis. He looks forward to working with you soon. Stop chasing your pain.
Mike graduated from a four-year accredited professional degree program at Southwest Acupuncture College* in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The program included over 3,000 hours of classroom and clinical training in the 5 branches of Oriental medicine: acupuncture, herbal medicine, physical therapy, nutrition, and exercise/breathing therapy. Course work also included training in Japanese acupuncture, mental health, OB/GYN care, treatment of children, and ear/scalp acupuncture.
Mike is board certified by the NCCAOM** earning the designation Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM), which allows them to prescribe Chinese herbal formulas in addition to the practice of Oriental medicine and acupuncture.
Though fully capable of treating any condition through acupuncture, Mike has enjoyed the challenge of treating individuals with sports related injuries and rehabilitation.
Additionally, Mike earned his BA from the University of Tennessee in December 1999, lived and studied in Japan in 2001, studied in China on two separate occasions in 2005 and in 2009. In February 2010, after 3 years of private practice in Alabama, Mike moved to Denver to begin a new chapter in his practice.
