Jay Kratz, CMT, is certified through the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. He specializes in Deep-Tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, Sports Massage and Light Touch. Jay’s knowledge of biomechanics, kinesiology and anatomy, along with his background in fitness and physical training assist him in providing the most appropriate therapy and healing technique based on an individual’s needs.
Jay is committed to creating optimal health and well-being. Whether one desires to move forward physically and push themselves to higher levels in sports or fitness training, or wants to let go of emotional blocks within the body for their own balance and health, Jay provides the appropriate therapy and space for this to take place.
